Chef K Hill has been cooking professionally and hustling in the food industry for over 20 years. She has her Red Seal and has always been passionate about food.
Owning and operating a food truck was always the dream, and the feeling behind Deadbeetz was to have a fun, urban vibe that made interesting street food in a non stuffy kinda way. Anybody who has come by the truck knows we are having a blast in there making food that we are proud to serve and interacting directly with customers. Creating this kind of culture and enjoying going to work everyday trumps anything else….It doesn’t get much better than this so yeah, we are pretty much living the dream.
